Oh-M-Gee is all I can really say about this summer Lush Must Have. A box full of goodies for your toesies! ( Lets out a Tribal Yell, Ahhhh) When i heard that Lush was releasing this summer kit i ran to my local Lush spot and picked one up. Not only is the kit an all in one but each container has a coupon, Yes!
If you use up your product ( Like Volcano for example) if you return that container to your local Lush store and decided to purchase a full size you will receive 15% percent off... AMAZING right?
Each Kit Includes:
Volcano Foot Mask
I took this, plastic bags, and an open mind to a girl's night at a spa. After massages, I slathered this on our feet (hers--well manicured and lovely,) mine (callused, dry, cracked and a wreck since I NEVER wear shoes.)
Yes, it was a mess, no it didn't burn--just got warm. Her feet came out even softer, but mine were the true miracle. Calluses literally peeled off--a complete exfoliation pedicure never did such a good job! I was astonished and will save my money (LUSH is an expensive addiction) and get this again--and again--and again.
Little Feet Bath Bomb
It like a bath bomb for your feet LOVE! Enough said!
Running to the Embassy Body Butter
The first time I used Embassy I wet my feet in the bath tub, applied the bar of butter, then rinsed them and patted my feet dry. I felt like I had rinsed away all the butter although my feet felt much smoother.
The second time I used Embassy, I applied the bar of butter directly to dry feet before going to bed and decided this was how I would use it from now on. I liked the slight oil residue it left when applied to my dry feet. I rubbed the oil around on my feet to moisturize them while I slept. The scrubby particles are so subtle you don't even notice them and they are surprisingly effective despite how gently they exfoliate. I found the peppermint scent to be fresh and clean yet soothing.
Pied de Pepper Foot Lotion
Great smelling peppermint scented foot lotion , a little runny but great for tired tootsies!
Fair Trade Foot Lotion
I use it at least 5 out of 7 days a week, but I am just not thrilled with the results. It smells nice, but it only really keeps my feet smooth for a few hours after I put it on. This says to me that this stuff is just not strong enough for my feet. I want something that, when used on a regular basis, keeps my feet smooth. Sadly, this means I will probably go back to what I was using.
Now, that said, if you are one of those people blessed with generally smooth feet that don't need a lot of care to stay that way, this would probably be great for you. It also makes a lovely massage lotion for feet, or anywhere really. The small is nice and uplifting, and it does a good job of moisturizing my hands. Overall, this is a good product, it is just not strong enough for my feet.
Lemony Flutter Cuticle Butter
I am a life-long nail biter. My hands, particularly my cuticles were in terrible, peely, disgusting shape. Add to this the fact that I hate the way lotions and most cuticle treatments feel on my hands, and you have some pretty nasty fingers.
Until Lemony Flutter.
My hands, believe it or not, actually look and feel like real hands now -- no peely cuticles, no rough, sandpapery fingers... just happy, contented wigglies. AND, this stuff soaks in so fast, I don't have time to go "ew ew ew get it off" like I do with everything else I've tried to fix the problem. As an added bonus, you need so little product to sufficiently smooth into your fingers (even when they're as bad as mine) that this pot will seriously last you ages. THANK YOU, Lush!
